TORONTO, CANADA / TheNewswire / June 3, 2019 – Terreno Resources Corp. (TSXV: TNO.H) (“Terreno” or the “Company“) announces that the Company has filed an NEX Form C – Notice of Proposed Share Issuance / Financing with the NEX for acceptance. The financing, subject to regulatory approval, is for $230,000 consisting of 4,600,000 units at $0.05 Each unit consists of a common share plus one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at $0.05 for a common share until the expiry date to be twelve months from the financing acceptance date. Insiders have subscribed for $60,000 representing 26.1% of the private placement. The Company has 29,635,506 common shares issued and outstanding prior to the financing.

The proceeds will be used for general working capital requirements to maintain a listed public company and for exploration expenditures as required for the earn in on the Las Cucharas Gold & Silver Project in Mexico.
