(NYSE American: GSS; TSX: GSC; GSE: GSR) (“Golden Star” or the “Company”) announces that it has changed the format of its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) to be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 11 a.m. (Eastern time) to a virtual only meeting. Golden Star shareholders (“Shareholders”) may attend and participate in the meeting online via live audio webcast but will not be able to attend the meeting in person.
