(“Heatherdale” or the “Company“) (TSXV: HTR) announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV“) approval, effective at the opening of markets on August 31, 2020 the Company will consolidate its common shares (“Common Shares“) as previously announced on the basis of 1 post-consolidation Common Share for every 5 pre-consolidation Common Shares (the “Consolidation“).
