Goldeneye Resources Corp. Announces Private Placement Closing

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire – September 21, 2020 – Goldeneye Resources Corp. (“Goldeneye“) or the “Company“) (TSXV:GOE) announces that the Company has closed its non-brokered private placement announced August 6, 2020.

On closing the Company issued 5,250,000 units at a price of $0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of $315,000. Each Unit was comprised of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for two (2) years from closing of the private placement.

In connection with the final closing of the Private Placement, the Company paid cash finders’ fees in the amount of $15,120 and issued a total of 252,000 finder’s warrants (the “Finder’s Warrants“). The Finder’s warrants have the same terms as the Warrants issued under the Private Placement, but are non-transferable.

Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.

The shares and any shares that are issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period from the closing of the private placement.
