Scandium Canada Announces Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Certain Warrants

June 25, 2025 – TheNewswire – MONTRÉAL (QUÉBEC) – Scandium Canada Ltd. (TSX-V: SCD) (OTC: SCDCF) (the “Corporation”) announces amendments to the 17,777,776 warrants (the “Warrants”) issued in connection with the Corporation’s private placement on July 7, 2023. These Warrants are modified as follows: (i) extension of the exercise period of Warrants by two years, and consequently, the new expiration date of Warrants will be July 7, 2027 and (ii) modification of the exercise price of Warrants from $0.14 to $0.085 per common share. All other terms and conditions of Warrants remain unchanged. The amendment to the terms and conditions of Warrants is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
