SHELBYVILLE, Ind., July 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Kimura Foundry America, a growing U.S. provider of rapid prototype castings, announced today the acquisition of VIP Tooling, a well-established precision tooling and CNC machining company also based in Shelbyville, Indiana. This strategic acquisition enhances Kimura’s ability to provide customers nationwide with streamlined, full-service manufacturing solutions.
