• June 26th– Purchase of 3.40669032 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $146,770.018 (US $106,857.13) 

• June 30th – Purchase of 3.37939441 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $147,955.50 (US $108,180.51) 

• July 3rd– Purchase of 3.3447069 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $149,489.93 (US $109,649.96) 

• July 8th– Purchase of 3.34756693 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $149,362.21(US $109,419.17) 

• July 10th– Purchase of 3.21466228 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $155,537.33 (US $113,640.52) 

• July 14th– Purchase of 3.01885741 Bitcoin for CAD $500,000 – average price per Bitcoin in CAD $165,625.57 (US $121,045.39) 

In total, the Company now holds 19.71187825 Bitcoin.

With 206,195,672 common shares outstanding, this equates to approximately 9.563 Satoshis per share.

On June 26th, Planet bought 3.40669032 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 which would equate to 1.65 Satoshis per share. Since this purchase, the Company’s Satoshis per share has increased over 5.79X or 479%.

Planet’s fully diluted shares outstanding has 206,195,672.

At the current BTC price, this represents an implied Bitcoin value of approximately $0.0157 CAD per share.

In addition to its current Bitcoin position, the Company is actively working to liquidate approximately CAD$12 million in marketable securities, with the intent to redeploy proceeds into further Bitcoin purchases at opportune times.
