Bull Moose Tube Acquires Ferrous85″ Co.

CHESTERFIELD, Mo., Sept. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Bull Moose Tube Company (“Bull Moose”) has completed the acquisition of Ferrous85″ Co. (“F85”), a division of Ferragon Corporation. The acquired assets include a major toll processing operation located on Steel Dynamics’ Sinton, Texas campus, immediately adjacent to Bull Moose’s steel pipe and tube mill. The F85 slitter is among the largest in North America and can process incoming steel coils with mill edge widths ranging from 36″ to 87″ and weights up to 105,000 pounds, producing slit mults from 7″ to 85″ and gauges from .074″ to .750″.
