Resource Planning: A real-time, drag-and-drop workforce assignment planner that gives managers visibility into technician capacity, enables balanced workloads, reduces overtime surprises, and supports data-driven staffing decisions.

In addition, three new features are now live for all customers:

Multiple Currencies: Manage global operations with localized currency support while maintaining accurate roll-up reporting.
Asset Templates: Standardize asset fields across sites for cleaner data and scalable, accurate reporting.
Work Request Review & Approval: Add an optional approval workflow to filter incoming requests and keep technicians focused on priority work.
