Media Advisory – Minister Fraser to Hold Media Scrum in Halifax

HALIFAX, NS, Sept. 19, 2025 /CNW/ – The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, on behalf of the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, the Honourable Tim Hodgson, will hold a media scrum in Halifax. Minister Fraser will announce progress in offshore wind energy and the new Major Projects Office, which will work to fast-track nation-building projects by streamlining regulatory assessment and approvals and helping to structure financing, in close partnership with provinces, territories, Indigenous Peoples and private investors. He will be joined by the Honourable Trevor Boudreau, Nova Scotia’s Minister of Energy.
