Blende Silver Corp. Announces Amendment to Finder’s Fees.

March 10, 2026 – TheNewswire – Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: BAG) announces an amendment to the finder’s fees previously disclosed in connection with the Company’s recently closed non-brokered private placement.
The revised finder’s fees paid in connection with the private placement are $22,473 in cash and 204,300 finder’s warrants, payable to eligible arm’s length parties in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
All other terms of the private placement remain unchanged.
