Dual listing broadens access to Synergy for European investors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire – September 9, 2026 – Synergy Metals Corp. (CSE: SYN) (FSE: E49) (“Synergy” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (the “FSE”) and commenced trading under the symbol “E49” on September 4, 2026. The Company’s common shares carry WKN A42G04 and ISIN CA87170Q1037.

The Company’s common shares are now dual listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) and the FSE. The Frankfurt listing does not involve the issuance of any new securities, results in no dilution to existing shareholders, and does not raise any capital for the Company. The Company’s shares continue to trade on the CSE under the symbol “SYN” as the primary listing.

The FSE is one of the world’s largest securities exchanges by turnover and provides retail and institutional investors across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the broader European Union with direct, euro-denominated access to the Company’s shares through their local brokerage accounts. The listing is intended to broaden Synergy’s shareholder base, extend the trading day across European market hours, and support secondary market liquidity as the Company advances its Phase 1 exploration program at the Dale Property.

The Company’s FSE quotation may be accessed at https://live.deutsche-boerse.com/equity/synergy-metals-corp?mic=XFRA.

Michael Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Synergy, commented: “Synergy’s shares are now available to European investors through the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, in euros and during European trading hours. The listing does not involve issuing any new shares, so there is no dilution to existing shareholders. Our focus remains the Dale property, a large land package in the Timmins region where we are planning our initial exploration program. Broadening access to the shares is one part of building a shareholder base over the long term.”

Synergy’s flagship asset is the Dale Property, comprising 98 unpatented single cell mining claims covering approximately 1,980.5 hectares in Dale Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario, located approximately 100 kilometres southwest of Timmins. The property lies within the Swayze greenstone belt, the southwestern extension of the Abitibi greenstone belt, and has seen limited modern exploration and no drilling to date. The Company recently announced the commencement of contractor solicitation for its Phase 1 exploration program at Dale.
