Vancouver, BC and San Juan, Puerto Rico, September 18, 2026 – TheNewswire – Tiger Financial Services Inc., (previously named Cora Capital Corp., the “Company” or “Tiger”) is pleased to announce that, further to the news release dated March 30, 2026, it has filed, and received a receipt (the “Receipt”) from the British Columbia Securities Commission for, its final non offering prospectus (the “Prospectus”).
The Prospectus is available electronically on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca. Access to the Prospectus and any amendment is provided in accordance with securities legislation relating to procedures for providing access to a Prospectus. As disclosed in the Prospectus, on September 17, 2026, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tiger Financial Corporation, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
As disclosed in the Prospectus, promptly after the Receipt was issued, the Company changed its name to “Tiger Financial Services Inc.”.
