ROCKFORD, Tenn., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Axis Fabrication & Machine will host a Grand Opening Event & Open House on November 4, 2026, to celebrate the completion of its new 78,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. The project represents a $24 million investment by the company.

The event will give customers, partners, industry professionals, and members of the community an opportunity to tour the new facility and learn more about Axis Fabrication & Machine’s expanded sheet metal and precision machining capabilities.

The new facility comes at a time of significant industrial growth in East Tennessee, as major companies across manufacturing, energy, and other industries continue to invest and establish operations in the area. Axis Fab’s expansion positions the company to support these businesses and the broader supply chain.

Every detail of the new shop was designed to support modern manufacturing and the company’s continued growth. With a larger space and more equipment, Axis Fab is expanding its manufacturing capabilities and capacity to better serve customers.

Lighting, security, shop floor layout, material staging, and larger employee training and meeting spaces were planned to improve operational efficiency and support increased throughput.

The new facility expands Axis Fab’s footprint from 45,000 to 78,000 square feet, providing significantly more space to support customer growth and meet evolving regional demand.

Axis Fabrication & Machine Open House

After transitioning operations to the new facility this summer, Axis Fab will officially celebrate the new space with a Grand Opening & Open House on November 4 from 2–5 p.m.

The event will include a building dedication, ribbon-cutting ceremony, and remarks from company leadership and local officials, followed by facility tours of the new fabrication and machine shop. Guests will also have the opportunity to connect with Axis Fab team members and learn more about the capabilities available at the new facility.
