Motiva Names Terry Rogers as Executive Vice President, Human Resources

HOUSTON, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Motiva Enterprises LLC today announced the appointment of Terry Rogers as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, effective November 1, 2026.

In this role, Rogers will join Motiva’s Executive Leadership Team and lead the company’s workforce and human resources functions, supporting the development, engagement, and long-term success of Motiva employees. He will also serve as Secretary to the Board’s Talent and Compensation Committee and advise the Board on matters related to talent and culture.

Terry brings more than two decades of human resources and labor relations experience across the energy industry. Since joining Motiva in 2019, he has served in several leadership roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Technical Learning. In that capacity, he led labor relations strategy, technical workforce development, and key enterprise initiatives supporting the company’s long-term success. Prior to joining Motiva, Rogers held human resources leadership positions with Flint Hills Resources and Valero.
